Intimate Fine Dining in Bethnal Green
Located at 1 Corbridge Crescent, The Water House Project is a modern British tasting menu experience that bridges the elegance of fine dining with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Opened in Autumn 2021 by Chef Gabriel Waterhouse and his wife, Patricia, this East London gem offers a seasonally evolving menu that highlights the best of local and sustainable ingredients.
At The Water House Project, the focus is on ethical and sustainable sourcing, with small amounts of responsibly reared meat and fish complemented by vibrant seasonal produce. Guests can choose from two fish-centric tasting menus: the Seasons Signature Menu, which includes an additional meat-focused course showcasing whole-animal cooking, and the Discovery Menu, a refined variation available on select days.
To enhance the dining experience, The Water House Project offers carefully curated drink pairings. Guests can choose from wines sourced from small-scale producers or non-alcoholic pairings crafted in-house, including teas, tonics, and ferments.
The venue’s intimate setting and commitment to exceptional service make it ideal for both personal and corporate gatherings. Available for private hire, it can accommodate up to 40 seated guests, offering a bespoke dining experience in a contemporary space.
The Water House Project invites you to embark on a gastronomic journey that celebrates the seasons, champions sustainability, and redefines modern fine dining in the heart of Bethnal Green.
