An Argentinean-inspired Culinary Adventure

Anahi stands as an icon of Parisian life, steeped in history and vibrancy. Once a butcher shop, then an Argentinian restaurant, and later a landmark for the city’s festive gatherings, Anahi was lovingly revived in 2017 by Riccardo Giraudi. Nestled in the heart of the Marais, its timeless earthenware walls and intimate ambiance provide the perfect backdrop for a truly memorable evening.

In 2021, Giraudi introduced a new chapter for Anahi by inviting acclaimed chef Mauro Colagreco to craft its menu. The result is a celebration of Colagreco’s Argentine heritage and childhood memories, brought to life through dishes like the iconic Asado, a tribute to his culinary roots. Each plate combines tradition with a touch of modern artistry, offering an unforgettable exploration of South American flavours.

Anahi’s festive spirit extends to its cocktail offerings, crafted at the intimate bar adorned with woven leather. Signature cocktails capture the essence of South America, enhancing the warmth of candlelit evenings. Guests are transported to a lively yet enchanting world, where every detail, from the food to the ambiance, resonates with the charm of Paris and the soul of Argentina.
