Located near the Sant Antoni market, the restaurant is centred around an open kitchen concept, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the artistry behind each dish. With two counters providing a front-row seat to the culinary process, the interaction between chefs and diners adds an engaging, dynamic touch to the experience.

The menu is a reflection of international influences, blending Mexican, Spanish, Argentinian, and Thai inspirations with a focus on powerful flavours, well-balanced acidity, and masterful technique. Guests can choose between three tasting menus—Slow, Slow & Low, and Slow & Long—each offering a progressive exploration of global gastronomy. Seafood and vegetarian dishes play a prominent role, with surprises in presentation, such as a seafood box reminiscent of those used in fish auctions, complete with ice and seaweed.

With chefs and waitstaff working together to present and explain each dish, Slow & Low provides a dining experience that is both immersive and technically refined.
