A 19th-Century Pleasure Garden in the Sky
Perched sixteen storeys above the corner of Broome and Bowery, atop the Moxy Lower East Side, The Highlight Room is one of downtown’s most theatrical rooftops — a glamorous glass-walled lounge from Tao Group Hospitality that conjures the romance of a 19th-century pleasure garden.

The mood shifts with the hour. Golden Hour draws an easy early-evening crowd for $5 rosé, mini martinis and cocktail pitchers, while from Thursday to Saturday the room turns up into proper nightlife — bottle service, a festive crowd and some of the best DJs on the Lower East Side.
