Jérémy Bacquet’s exceptional journey in mixology began with his training at prestigious Parisian hospitality institutions. In 2016, he was honoured as Meilleur Apprenti de France Barman, solidifying his reputation as one of the country’s finest bartenders. After leading the bar at Brach Paris, where he gained acclaim for his innovative cocktail and mocktail creations, he joined Nolinski Paris in 2020, followed by Sinner Paris in 2021. Today, as Creative Director for the Evok Group’s bars, he continues to redefine cocktail artistry across the brand’s establishments.
