Crafted by Executive Chef Adam Bentalha, the menu reflects his roots in Constantine, Algeria, and his extensive experience in Parisian fine dining. With a focus on healthy, balanced, and flavourful dishes, the cuisine draws inspiration from sun-soaked terroirs, spices, and aromas, sourcing produce from exceptional and inspiring producers.
The restaurant’s atmosphere is lively and inviting, with shared tables that echo the rhythm of the city. The first-floor terrace embraces the colours and warmth of Spain, celebrating Brach’s growing presence, including the recently opened Brach Madrid.
